Flight 281

In Mid October 2008 I flew from Portland Oregon to the Burbank Airport at Sunset. There were four major fires that day. I documented the changing view from clear skies to a dark smoky mass. Traveling up to six hundred miles per hour afforded me a unique perspective or the changing light, land and atmosphere.

The series of light 281 came from an experience that gave me a new visual language to work from.
